Rekrutteringsbistand
Rekrutteringsbistand is an internal product for Nav staff who follow up job seekers and work with employers.
The aim: make it easier to connect the two, with a focus on young people and other priority groups.
I drove the design from insight to trial, in a cross-functional team of product people, developers, domain experts and lawyers.

Challenge
An internal tool that deals with people's job search has a few things it has to get right. It has to work for busy staff. It has to be accessible. And it has to treat personal data with care.
What I did
- Gathered insight through interviews, surveys and workshops
- Turned it into user journeys, concepts and prototypes, and tested them with users
- Worked closely with lawyers and developers on privacy and GDPR, accessibility and inclusive design
- Designed with Aksel, Nav's design system
- Ran manual and automated accessibility testing
- Worked towards the team's OKRs
The good part
Insight, design, law and code in one team, all the way from the first interview to trial. Fewer handovers, more shared understanding. Privacy and accessibility weren't a checklist at the end. They were part of the design from the start.
