No tracking
This site has no analytics, no ads and no scripts from anyone else. That's why there's no cookie banner.

Only things you chose or use. It all stays in your own browser and is never sent to me.

The newsletter
The signup form sends your details straight from your browser to Buttondown, the service that sends the letter (from isabel@mail.esbjug.no). This site never sees or stores them.
Past letters are published at utkast.esbjug.no, which Buttondown runs, so their privacy policy applies there.
What's stored
- Your email address.
- The language you picked (the tag
lang-noorlang-en). - Where you signed up (the tag
src-esbjug, which means this site).
Buttondown also keeps the details it needs to run a mailing list, like when you signed up and confirmed.
Where
With Buttondown, a newsletter service based in the US. Your data is processed in the US under the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses. Read their privacy policy, data processing agreement and list of subprocessors.
Why
To send you the letter you asked for: once a month, about design, strategy and new articles, now and then with news about the services Tentativ offers. You give your consent when you confirm your address, and you can take it back anytime. I don't sell or share your address, and I don't use it for anything else.
Open and click tracking is off, so I don't see who opens a letter or what they click.
How to unsubscribe
Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any letter. You're off the list right away. Want your details deleted completely, or want to see what's stored? Reply to any letter and I'll sort it out.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what's stored about you. If you think I'm handling your data wrong, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
