Backdrop
Telecom for businesses is a world of subscriptions, lines and products. Good self-service means customers can handle more of it themselves, without waiting for someone else to do it.
What I did
- Built user insight
- Designed interactions and user flows
- Made prototypes
- Contributed to self-service solutions together with the rest of the product team
What I took with me
First assignments teach you a lot, fast. This one was a crash course in how product teams work: designers, developers and business people figuring things out together. This is where I learned what it's like to be the designer in a cross-functional product team. I've been doing it ever since.
