arbeidsplassen.no is an open service from Nav where job seekers and employers find each other.
The big challenge: give people with little work experience a better shot at work, while giving employers better support to receive and assess candidates on their own.

Challenge
Finding a job is harder when there isn't much on your CV yet. On the other side of the table, employers need good support to receive and assess candidates on their own.
The service is open to everyone, so it has to work for a lot of different people. We want to make it easier for both sides to meet in the middle.
What I do
- Build insight through interviews and analysis
- Develop and test concepts and improvements
- Contribute to services for employers and recruitment
- Facilitate team rituals and workshops, so we keep finding better ways to work together
